What’s causing my feet to stink anyway?
Lack of ventilation for your feet. There are thousands of sweat glands in feet, which produce quite a bit of sweat each day. The unpleasant smell comes when the perspiration isn’t allowed to evaporate. It isn’t actually the sweat causing the foot odor. There are numerous bacteria that normally lives on feet (and armpits,) that feed off the sweat, producing a particular acid that actually causes the odor.
Fungus thrives in warm, moist environments like sweaty feet. So, if the bacteria on your foot isn’t what causes foot odor, the fungus on your feet might be the culprit. Many people know the fungus as Athlete’s foot.
Poor hygiene
Continuing to wearing the same funky shoes every day instead of taking a few minutes each week for maintenance.
Stress! It can lead to increased perspiration.
Hormonal changes can cause you to sweat more causing teenagers and pregnant women more prone to smelly feet.
A condition called hyperhidrosis can cause more perspiration than usual in areas like the hands, underarms and feet. While people usually sweat to cool the body, those with hyperhidrosis sweat even when the body’s temperature doesn’t need to be regulated.

Why are my feet still funky after I remove my shoes?
Simple, it’s because your shoes are still funky!
What can I do about it?
Before returning your feet back into your shoes, be sure to clean them internally (remove the insoles if possible.) Then, spray inside the shoes thoroughly and let air dry before wearing them.
Once this has been accomplished, you should only need to spray inside your shoes weekly (spraying routine varies per individual.)
What’s an ideal feet regimen?
Spray FBT potent foot spray daily and/or nightly (no more than 2x within 24 hours.) In a very short time (maybe after 1st use..) you’ll use less frequently, but at least 1x a week.
